Wow, so much to comment on, so little short-term memory.

I'm rather looking forward to Drag Me To Hell as its trailer is definitely promising. And I still love Sam Raimi, even after Spider-Man 3.

I am not looking forward to The Time-Traveler's Wife. It was one of the best books I've ever read, and they've continued to push it back and gave it a PG-13 rating. Any sliver of optimism I've had for the project has gone out the window. It doesn't help that myself, my wife, and my sister-in-law started trying to write a screenplay for our own adaptation before we found out that we'd been beaten to it. Call it sour grapes if you will, but I was inevitably going to be biased against it and every new bit of news about it just cements my bad feelings ever more.

Also, I love how the "10 Things About Watchmen" mentioned that idiotic review by that vile conservative reviewer. Her rabid condemnation of the film made me want to see it even more than any of the good buzz I'd heard.

Basically, a guy intentionally went over Niagara Falls and survived. The sick thing was, his clothes had been torn off by the current, it's hella icy/freezing in Canada this time of year, and yet he resisted rescue for 40 minutes while suffering from head injury and hypothermia.

... And I only know this because my boyfriend & I picked today at that hour to randomly take a trip to the Falls. o.O
