But on to my real question:

I see this Lost post every Wednesday, and tbh I've only ever seen one episode of the show. Mostly because I've always had something going on Wednesdays OR another show I was into played at the same time, etc. The one episode I did see was sehr confusing, and I've heard a lot about twisty story lines that no one can figure out, so I guess I'm wondering if it'd be worth it to start watching?

It seems like something I'd enjoy... to bad I didn't get into it earlier...

If you haven't seen it from the start, you are pretty much hosed. Start from the beginning if you hope to have any chance of figuring out the show.

He does a wrap up of the episode and examines details that you might otherwise miss. It's pretty cool. It's entertaining because he uses screencaps and some crazy editing tools to make it so you're not just watching some guy talk to a camera.
