Suspect held over Harry Potter stabbing.
Rob Knox, 18, was killed outside the Metro Bar in southeast London in the early hours of Saturday morning while reportedly trying to protect his brother from a man wielding a knife.

The teenager played the role of student Marcus Belby in "Harry Potter And The Half-Blood Prince", which is due to be released in November.

Police arrested a 21-year-old on suspicion of murder and have been given more time to question him, Scotland Yard said on Monday, without giving further details.

Knox's murder takes to 14 the number of teenagers violently killed in London this year, a figure which has caused alarm among police, politicians and campaigners.

I read 'confused for each other' and thought 'they are confused on each other's behalves?'. I understand now. Silly English language.

I had only the tiniest notion of that as a possible meaning at first, and then I misread the comment after the headline as "Samanthan Morton and Emily Watson are frustrated," and hellooo Gutterville!

New Line does still exist, under the unfortunate rule of Toby Emmerich, but it's essentially lost its ability to take a piss without asking for a Warner Bros hall pass. But since a powerhouse like WB is now co-invested along with MGM and Pete Jackson's own production studio, I'm willing to bet a deal will be struck.

I am so bummed over Sydney Pollack. I really need to go get myself a copy of Tootsie - it'll make me feel better.

It has reminded me that I need to go to a public notary soon, though. I'm actually in the process of changing my name to Sydney. So, thanks for the reminder, God, but next time, just leave me a post-it. >:|

I cry every time I see stills of Sienna Miller as the divinely badass Baroness. She's so entirely wrong for the role. They couldn't even get the Baroness' glasses right. How can you screw up simple black frames? How?

Confused for each other -- and in same film

Heh, my confusion with those two ends up being doubled as I often confuse Samantha Morton with Emily Mortimer who is then confused with Emily Watson who is then confused with Emma Watson. The first three I mix up the names and faces and Hermione gets thrown in there for the obvious name similarity with Emily Watson (the image results when googling "emily watson" will back me up on this).

Once in a while Toni Collette will pop up in this mix, though I'm not sure I've figured out a reasonable excuse for that one just yet.

Knowing Christopher Tolkien, I'd guess that the dispute over money is just an excuse to shut down the Hobbit film. It's pretty well-documented that he hates the fact that the LOTR films were ever made in the first place. He even disinherited his own son for speaking out in favor of Jackson's trilogy.

Plan 9 really doesn't need to be remade... I can't sit through that movie, I've tried twice. the only reason I tried is my great uncle was Bela Lugosi's replacement.
