Okay, just had to stop by and say that I don't normally watch Lost. The last time I saw an episode was from a few seasons ago.

But today a few of my roommate's friends are using our TV to watch, and just OMG I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT'S HAPPENING. WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED OVER THOSE SEASONS.

I am so confused. And Matthew Fox put on some weight, whaaat.

Yeah, Lost is pretty much the sort of show you have to keep following or you get seriously confused.

well this boat showed up and they thought they were there to rescue them but really it was desmond's girlfriend's (penny) dad's (charles widmere) ship there to get ben linus and kill lots of people, and that was angsty, and charlie drowned finding out it wasn't penny's boat (though we didn't know it was her dad's) and then we started having flashfowards that eventually reveal that kate, jack, sun, hurley, and sayid get off the island, and they spend a season revealing how that happened, which was complicated and involved all them (and aaron, claire's baby, who is jack's half-nephew) being on a helicopter when the island disappeared because ben turned a big steampunk wheel in, like, the island's basement, which caused him to show up in tunisia, like you do. then the island was jumping in time, and people started getting bad nosebleeds, i think correlated to how long they'd spent on the island, (actually after this last episode i think that is pretty much for sure) and that killed this chick charlotte who grew up on the island in dharma and this guy daniel was sad. and then locke used the steampunk wheel with help from ghostly christian shepherd to stop the time skipping and go to tunisia (like you do) so he could bring "the oceanic 6" (those who left) back.

except the people we've been following on the island (sawyer, juliet, miles, daniel, jin) just spent 3 years in the mid 70s, and they've become part of dharma and are mostly happy, and the people who left just went and lived 3 years, about 2005-2008 i guess, and then finally they take a plane, and sun and ben and locke are at some undetermined time in the future (oh locke tried to kill himself then ben stopped him, got info from him, and then killed him and made it look like suicide, but now he's alive again), and jack and kate and hurley are hiding out in dharma, but sayid wound up coming in...poorly, and wound up truthed and stuff, and he decided to kill 10 year old ben linus but failed and ran off into the woods, and kate and sawyer took ben to the others to get healed because jack wouldn't operate on him.

and desmond and penny have a little boy named charlie. and michael tried to kill himself a lot cause walt hates him, and it never worked, but eventually he blew up. and rose and bernard are... unknown. i hope bernard has a dental practice with the others in some time... and daniel's mom is from the island. and claire wandered off to a cabin with her ghost dead and FIIK. oh and desmond had some time travel?

i bet this doesn't help at all. :-)

I loved that Hurley was writing Empire Strikes Back, and that he thinks Luke and Vader could have worked it out if they had talked instead of having a lightsaber duel! LOL

Miles and Hurley have the best conversations.

When Chang said, at the end, "Miles I need you." Miles' voice when he responded kind of broke my heart a little... "You do?" He sounded very... childlike and hopeful.
