All right. I've been working on this damn thing for four days now, and... I don't think it's really up to the Standard of Funny of the others, mostly because Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban was both really good and intentionally funny. It was probably the hardest one to write so far. Nonetheless, I bring you: Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban in Fifteen Minutes.

(Since it is a children's movie, I'll warn you: strong language and adult humor. Don't come crying to me saying you didn't know.)

I think I'm running a low fever or something, so I'll be going back to bed now. I'll see if I can do the Days recap when the 6 pm rerun rolls around.

LOL!

After you posted this, LJ started running really slowly. [livejournal.com profile] snowking and I decided that your SUPAHSTAH status was to blame :)

Would it be completely inappropriate to suggest animal sacrifice and stinky evil church incense in your honor?

as funny as ever.

and am highly amused by the speed with which it appeared in metaquotes! (although uncredited which sucks)

What? Metaquotes? Uncredited? AHHHH!

Well, now that I've looked... the poster does link back, and I know her, so it's not too terrible. :)

You're so funny I want to come buy you ice cream, and then open a bed and breakfast with you that we'll treat like your own personal writers' colony.

Well, of course in the end, you'd have a very Moral Majority-disapproved fulfilling relationship with me Vladimir, but I figure I could bake you cherry pies (see my last LJ entry) and stuff. I guess Sister girl and I could take turns. Baking, I mean. *scrapes brain off with trowel*

And I'm sorry to have written NOTHING yet. I am utterly floppy with unmotivation. I suck. It doesn't help that I have this weird left-lower-eyelid twitch, which is apparently a symptom of either: 1.) too much potassium; 2.) too little potassium; 3.) stress/fatigue/lack of sleep; 4.) BRAIN STEM LESIONS, could you fall over just reading about it.

(All diagnoses courtesy the internet.)

And it's weird, like my eyes have ADD. *twitchtwitchtwitch* Plus I stare at a computer screen ALL DAY at work, which doesn't help. Dammit.

i can't believe you don't think this one is up to snuff. (well maybe you do know since the massive amount of comments)

I think what got me the most was when you would joke about something that was left out from the book. (especially the dissapearance of Wood. (lol...how funny is that his real AND fake name are both...nevermind)

Anyways, thanks again for the laughs.
Hope you feel better btw.

I think it's obvious by now that you couldn't be more wrong about this one...HP & da PoA is clearly one of your funniest to date. It is SO insanely full of hilarious, iconable quotes (far too many to name) but the instant classic is of course "I think I saw that in a porno once". This line will surely be linked to the PoA movie henceforth and forevermore. You should be damn proud of that.

Am friending you as to not be late to the party of brilliance again. (Hope you don't mind.)

how does one not of the inner circle read the protected entry, Great One?

Sorry--I just started locking them last night due to rampant plagiarism. All you'll need to do is join--not just friend--the community. It may take a couple of minutes to kick in, but if it won't immediately let you in, try logging in and out of LJ.

Date: 2004-07-03 09:17 pm (UTC)
From: [identity profile] medancer.livejournal.com
thank you so much!

(and I'm sorry to hear about the plagarism - have you any recourse?)

Date: 2004-07-03 09:30 pm (UTC)
From: [identity profile] cleolinda.livejournal.com
Oh, it's not all that terrible--it's just a lot of people reposting the whole thing without giving me credit, but not saying they wrote it, either; the problem is that people tend to assume they wrote it. It's just plagiarism-by-laziness, really, but a few people have been asshats about it, so I've had to get a bit tough. :)

15 minutes of HP

I was just wondering if I could be granted access to view HP in 15 min. I had herd thru various sources, *yep mugglenet* that it was hysterical and that I would enjoy it. Please grant me access, I'm an older HP fan who would love a great read and well, i'm very interested in your other 15 min. works as well.

Take care & have a great day!

All you have to do is join the community, but I've gone ahead and manually added you to the member list just to make it quicker. Give it a few minutes to kick in, and you should be able to read everything just fine. If you still can't, try logging in and out of LJ.
