Well, I decided to go back to Dell, the brand I've used for 10+ years, and then I looked for the biggest screen they had (17"), so it could be kind of like a portable desktop, but I can move it to a different room if I need to. And then, once I had enough money, I maxed out the customer care options and upgraded all the important bits, since I generally use computers until they die, so I wanted to buy ahead on the tech where I could.
