Erin of Project Download passed away yesterday? All I knew was that she deleted the LJ comm several months ago with no explanation and disappeared--does anyone know what happened?

Whoa whoa, I'm not accusing and saying it is fake! I'm sorry you feel that way. It's just really hard to believe things on certain websites. I could go make a post elsewhere saying something plausible and I'm sure about half the people would believe me. I'm heartbroken that this is true and I was hoping to be wrong. But I wasn't for a second accusing him of lying.

For someone who knew her in person, I'm even sorrier for your loss. I followed this story since practically the beginning and did everything I could to help Erin myself. When that anonymous contributor gave her all that money, my heart exploded with happiness and hope and briefly stopped disliking mankind as a whole. I can't begin to imagine how people are handling her death who had to experience it all first hand.

But again, let me reiterate that I wasn't accusing your son of lying as much as having issues with the website it was being talked abouts' reliability.
