Ooo, a new King Arthur trailer. Also: Stepford Wives, Hero, Harry Potter (I think this is a new international trailer) and Shark Tale.

I'm trying to decide if I have time to update the Digest before the thunderstorm hits--don't think I do. And I desperately need to hook my DVD player back up so I can watch the next Fifteen-Minute Movie.

It is a new HP trailer, and it's rather good. I can even detect what I think is actual acting coming from Daniel Radcliffe.

Impossible. No-one has an actingometer that sensitive.

I honed it using the performances of Brian Blessed.

That would simply overload your actingometer with SHOUTY POWER.

Me too. It is part of the reason why I think the movie is going to be very good.

It's Reese Witherspoon in a publicity shot for Vanity Fair (http://movies.yahoo.com/movies/feature/vanityfair.html)--hasn't come out yet.

Ah. Hm. I don't like her. But she's really good in that picture.

I don't either but that picture is just... too glam for words. Victorian meets Bowie.

Hot.

"Van Helsing in Fifteen Minutes": funnay as hell. LMAO, which is the first time I've ever said that. Already had like 240 comments, so for some reason I didn't want to leave my spoor in the same place as all those other people. Will have to come back to visit on occasion. 'Bye for now.

I just want to say that I LOVE your DOOL recaps! They are hysterical, and almost as funny as watching the actual show itself! I can't wait to read further recaps...looks like some pretty good stuff is coming up. :)

After that trailer, I'm still holding out hope that King Arthur will be a good movie. Pessimistically, I'm going to go ahead and request that it be added to the list of Future Fifteen Minute Movies. For some reason, I'm stuck on the idea of a Woads/Smurfs joke. Too obvious? :)

At any rate, brava. *finally friends you because one can never have too many good writers on the flist*

Yay, Shark Tale! I think this is the movie a Pixar guy we met at a Christmas party was talking about.

Ooh...two movies that I am planning to see in theaters. Harry Potter, which falls on the same day that I have my graduation rehersals (June 4th). Something I could watch as a form of entertainment and to relax for a bit.

And King Arthur? Other than the fact that I have a little bit of a crush with Ioan Gruffudd (Lancelot), the trailer to it is really exciting. Plus, Keira kicks major ass when she is playing up as the archer/warrior woman.

Completely unrelated:
This girl I work with was all, "So I went to see Van Helsing the other day - have you read 'Van Helsing in 15 Minutes'? .."

You're famous. ;)

Hero looks painfully beautiful, Ang Lee's the best; Arthur! woo, I can't wait for that one the hot knights cast is so pretty!

HP's the 4th, hm? I need to find some more nerds to watch it with me.

AHHHH. SO WEIRD.

Actually, I'm pretty much waiting for someone *I* know who doesn't know I'm Cleolinda to say that to me, and *that's* when the universe will turn on itself and implode, I figure.

I was about to tell her to go (here) and read Troy in Fifteen Minutes before she saw it, she was having doubts on it and wasn't sure to spend the $9 for an after-work showing, and then she throws out the Cleolinda - I guess someone linked her the other day (she's non-lj).
