Happy Thanksgiving!
Nov. 27th, 2008 09:54 amSo, what are we eating today?
(I don't actually know. I saw four pies downstairs, that's all I know. There might be a white chocolate cheesecake?)
ETA: EPIC NATIONAL RICKROLL. Man, the Macy's Parade got the man himself to do it. I don't think anyone can ever do it again. There will be no greater Rickroll.

Date: 2008-11-27 03:59 pm (UTC)That deflated and fell apart.
Then we tried to make sweet potato pie.
That overflowed the pan,but looks good.
My sister said something about bourbon pecan pie.
Hopefully that went okay, or we got pie issues.
Also, Macy's just rickrolled.

Date: 2008-11-27 04:04 pm (UTC)Before that, honestly, I'll want a burger. I'm donating blood this morning and I'll hope a fast food place is open for early lunch because a burger is a decent source of iron.
No matter what, I'll eat well. Hope the same for you!

Date: 2008-11-27 04:05 pm (UTC)I'm on my way to make the turkey. That's right, I'm sticking it to the man by taking his job. :)
(FYI: I've been here since summer, but I only comment sporadically. I find you hilarious!)

Date: 2008-11-27 04:28 pm (UTC)But the bread is, at least, approved as French Tradition under the Bread Decree of 1993. I really have nothing to complain about.
(i am hardcore missing sweet potatoes and cranberry sauce, though, oh man)

Date: 2008-11-27 04:35 pm (UTC)And re the Rickroll: All that is left now is to sneak a copy of Never Gonna Give You Up onto a NASA mission to Jupiter and rickroll the solar system. There is nothing left for rickrolls on Earth.
