Aight. Portfolio is largely done. He said something about turning in all the exercises we did, just not the ones done in class, and... really, I don't know what else that leaves. Like, maybe two things. Whatever. I get really lacksadaisical about portfolios, in terms of Stuff Other Than the Actual Revisions. And this time I actually managed to hold on to the originals with the prof's comments.

You know, I just realized... I think I just took my last creative writing workshop. Like, ever. *tear*

Oh, and does anyone actually want to see the revised stories? I added a good bit of material to chs 2 and 3 on the detective story with Gwyn and Princess Anna, and new endings to the two Yellow Dog stories.

ETA: The Fametracker Forums are back up, but the software is all new, and you have to reregister (unless I'm an idiot and just not understanding, which is possible, but I tried to log in as "cleolinda," my old name, and the forums were like, "Bizzuh?"). So I tried to register as "cleolinda"... AND IT WAS TAKEN. (Wait a minute, they just said it didn't exist...) And then I tried "cleolindajones," and it was ALSO TAKEN. HORS. So I ended up snagging PrincessCleo. Which, after all, was the name I went by for a while wayyy back in the day--Princess Cleolinda, because of the George and the Dragon bit, blah blah blah. Whatever. If you're on FT, PrincessCleo is me. So, in conclusion: HORS.

You're taking the name-nab much more calmly than I would, but I'm uber-territorial over the few things I consider truly mine. Maybe it's just your fans paying tribute or something? Though it could be people just acting like dicksmacks, there's that, yes.

Are all the stories up over on your other site? I've been lax about my reading lately. I'm such a HOR.

I really think it's a stupidstupidstupid bug, myself, because the two names it wouldn't let me have were... the two names I had previously registered. Because, seriously--"cleolinda"? Nobody at FT wants to steal my name, because they're too busy protecting their own.

I actually haven't put the stories up anywhere. I guess I could put them up at FictionPress, but I'm afraid of them getting stolen, because I actually want to send the Yellow Dogs off to a couple of kids' magazines. And I'm so lazy about formatting, and I don't want to spam my own journal. I'm thinking about offering them in read-only Word documents. That's how freakin' lazy I am.

Thank the Gods I was still able to maintain my Fire Woman moniker, lest I be forced to break out the bitch stick. Well, kind of. You can imagine how pissed I was when I found out there was already a Fire Woman on LJ. Fnarr. So I had to go by Malenky Devil, which can be taken as a reference to either the Cult (Because Little Devil is ALWAYS taken) or A Clockwork Orange. Either or, but it is a combo of both.

Woo! I just finished a portfolio as well! I'm going on an art hiatus that will probably last no more than three days, but I don't care! Now, on to the Ap tests. Yeck.

Dom was not lying about Daisy then. I commented on one of the posts (about the scifi thing). Friar Carl is a-freaking-dorable. And, I say it again, Richard Roxbough is hot. The icon came from vanhelsingicons, I have a Dracula one too. Productive little guys, they are.

And he is adorable in the movie, now that I've seen some clips. When I first saw the stills I was just dismayed, man. Poor thing. Hugh's about to be on Leno, so I'm waiting on that. Knowing Leno, of course, it'll be 11 pm before whatever guest shows up. *sigh*
