Apparently last week's episode, which they'll rerun before the new double episode, has additional footage (in the press conference scene, I heard?). You know, I did kind of have other things I needed to do tonight, Lost, but I guess that's cool. Whatevs.

I've seen discussion where people think it's Ben she wants to help Widmore get. After all, he DID let the boat blow up.

And since Ben has vowed to Widmore to kill Penny, I would think Widmore would want to get at Ben to prevent it.
