I had to go to the hospital and was rather stressed about it. Took your book to read in the waiting room. Despite the fact that I had spent the morning fretting and feeling tense, by the time they took my blood pressure, it was in the perfect range for a relaxed person and resting pulse was also fantastic (according to the nurse).
