Not to sound too defensive, but since I'm under review at the_reviewers and getting wildly divergent reviews, it may be time to spotlight a few of the older entries:

Unfortunately, the Salem Bitchcraft Trial entries are friends-locked by necessity, and so not eligible, I guess...

God, you know what I just realized? I really am that boring. Wow. Hmm. I may have to do something about this...

Well, I said, "Hey, review me." It's not like they just descended on me. Generally I do this kind of thing to meet other users who normally wouldn't see my journal.

Some of the comments cracked me up, though--"Boring as hell. D+." "Like a posh English paper." And then there were people who liked it. And there were some good suggestions made, too.

That was the main thing I took away from it--a few things I could change or improve, maybe get a little more creative, but that mostly, there's no accounting for taste. You can't be all things to all people, exactly.
