Okay, now the links are fixed:

Amazon.co.uk pre-order page (£6.39 is $11.23, according to today's exchange rate)

This is literally all I know. I don't know anything about American distribution. I don't know if/how the American version will vary from the British/international version. This is basically just me saying, "Eeee! Baby's first Amazon page! So pretty!"

I imagine the cover will be different for the US version - the image of the UK cover has the proper name for HP1 ;-)

Yeah, I can actually say with certainty that that's one of the changes. The American parody title will be "Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Sorcerer's Stone"; the British parody title is "Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Sorcerer's Philosopher's Stone."
