Do you like the Marauders?	I don't just worship them the way some people do, but I don't think they're bastards, either. I think JKR's put in a pretty realistic depiction of a clique of teenage boys--good points and bad--that ends up humanizing a lot of the characters involved. Particularly Snape.

Who do you think is the HBP?	Possibly someone we've never met before? I have no idea.
Who do you think will die in HBP?	I have fifty on Dumbledore.

There's this huge OMGWTFBBQ! thing going on about Cho Chang now, there's a lot of fangirl hate now that they've cast an actress. Hence, all the Cho Chang questions. She gets to be 'teh luv inerest' for "their" Harry.

And my least favorite part is at the end of this past movie, where Harry flies toward the camera and then the picture is frozen and he has this strange open-mouthed look and he's all blurry .. it's really creepy!

Oh, and about the Marauders - I love them. Possibly my favorite parts are learning about the history of the marauders, which is why I like PoA and OotP. And I heard we're supposed to find out more about Lily in HBP.

Oh, and about Ron dying, there's an article in the North Tower at mugglenet about how the chess game at the end of SS/PS is actually a map of all the events in the series. My friends took is a step further and created Knight 2 King (http://www.knight2king.net), which JKR actually disproved. But the part about Ron "dying" I think is pretty probable.

Which characters need more development? Ditto on the Ginny, but also Voldemort. We haven't seen him do much actual evil. Honestly, on the evidence we have at the moment, Lestrange is by far the foulest character, closely tailed by Umbridge.
Will Harry die or survive at the end of book 7? I think he'll sacrifice himself to kill Voldemort or remove him from power.
Who do you think will die in HBP? Oh, Dumbledore, of course. The real question is, who else?
Who do you think Harry's new "love interest" is in HBP? I'm hoping for Luna. I think she must be smarter than we've seen so far-- she is in Ravenclaw-- and more importantly, she's wise. She could be an anchor for Harry, who badly needs stability. Ginny wouldn't be bad either, but I'm not sure she wants Harry anymore.
Are you a Luna fan? Yes. I wish she were less gullible, but with her father, poor girl never had a chance. Other than that, everything I've seen of her is positive.
How do you think Ron and Hermione will react when they find out about the prophecy? Hermione will look up prophesies in the library, and Ron will say, "Gosh, Harry, [blah, blah, blah]," because that's what he always says.

Harry Potter Movies

Least favorite movie moment? The blowing up of Aunt Marge. Too fake looking, although I suppose there wasn't any good way to shoot that scene.

Do you wish Richard Harris could still play Dumbledore? Yes, if he weren't dead and all. Nothing wrong with Gambdon, but let's answer the question here. I prefer continuity if it's possible.
