I noticed that you wrote that you were looking for an apple-blossom type scent. I'm not actually sure what apple blossoms smell like (apples, I guess? I need to spend more time around trees, maybe.) but if they do smell like apples, have you tried the scent called The Hesperides? It's in the Bewitching Brews category. I just got an imp of it and it's quite nicely apple-like.
