I don't think so--which is where the research came in. We were joking about how now he knows why it takes me so long to write a movie parody--I'm sitting here looking up all the random things I need to know for a stupid one-liner.

I doubt it means anything legally speaking, since I stole from several different kinds of contract/disclaimer/warranty to make it. The research was to make it sound appropriately authoritative and weasely. I don't really have the skills to make it accurate.

Anyway, cobbling together all that stuff means something, although it wouldn't necessarily be foolproof or loophole-free in the real world. But it would probably protect the Phantom Rental Co. to a certain extent :)
