...And now you know why I wanted to know. (The original entry is here. Yes, I know I said "no one" instead of "nobody." In the interest of not stammering, I ended up saying one instead of the other.) I wish the quality was better, but... I literally phoned it in, so...

Also: Whee, I just got a Christmas present in the mail from Vladimir!

And happy birthday to [livejournal.com profile] anne_jumps!

Heeeeeeeeeeeeee. You know, I bet if I worked at it, I could work up a pretty good Cate/Galadriel impression. And then I should go around reading things in it. MOO HA HA HA.

It's a hysterical bit, and you really brought it to life "live"!

Okay, your voice is just how I'd imagined Mia Thermopolis would talk! Seriously! Then I checked and it turns out I've got completely the wrong accent in my head, as you're from Alabama and she's from NYC. Ah well. You should be an actress or summat, you know. That is one bloody clear speaking voice. I always always stumble over words if I have to speak something preprepared for over, say, two lines.

P.S. Have you read those books? If not, seriously do it now. They're way way way better than the filum!

I thought the same thing (how weird) at first too! Then I realised, "She sounds like the person who narrated the books for the tapes (who, coincidentally, also sounds like Anne Hathaway)."

From: [identity profile] cleolinda.livejournal.com
Huh. Who did the tapes, do you remember offhand?

It actually was Anne Hathaway.

Nooo, I don't... but I'm sure you could find out easily if you looked on amazon.com or something.

Hee. I've been excited about this for a while. Plug "The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe" into the IMDB to see who all's in it. They were looking at Nicole Kidman for the White Witch for a while, but they ended up going with Tilda Swinton. I've seen some artwork from the movie--I posted it somewhere around here a few months ago--but I haven't seen any actual photographs yet.

Lmao, right after I posted that comment, I was looking up a few other sites on the movie.. Most of which said, "Announced early June 2004 blablablah!" Retarded Slow me.

But, it came to mind because I just saw the advert for it in the movie theater, a big cardboard set up. It looks really nice, and since I've only ever seen the shoddy play/movie/things with the giant puppet Aslan that I borrowed from the library, this will be awesome.

Haahaha, and I searched for William Moseley on Yahoo Images to see if anything would come up and apparently he's dead. (http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~cribbs/ptneches/moseley_william_m.jpg)

i dunno, there's this woman at my old job who has the beautifully low slightly growly voice. And for some reason I think i expected you to sound like that. Someone with that much snark just shouldn't sound that sweet

I am so now totally obsessed with that file. You're bleeding hilarious, and it's made all the more perfect by the fact that I didn't read that entry when you wrote it, because I was so busy that day that I totally neglected everyone's LJs (sorry =P). I'll save it so I don't eat bandwidth and stuff. **plays it again**
