They do! There's even a story about the kid of one of the characters, and it sheds some light on what happened to Sugar and Sophie after the last page. The rest are mostly character backstories (a young Mrs Fox, for example, before she became Mrs Fox) and a few about what happened to certain characters shortly after the book (William is SUCH a sad-sack, it's pathetic). I do recommend it.
Heh, and in the foreword Faber acknowledges how incredibly frustrating his 'ending' was, and he apologises for it. :p
