Cleolinda everywhere

When you start to really think about that scene (I know, who wants to do that?), it doesn't make any sense. I mean, Edward doesn't even have fangs. He has . . . teeth. Ordinary teeth. They're not extra long or anything. So, using those teeth for a C-section, even if they're sharp -- wouldn't it be kind of like trying to saw through a steak with a little tiny knife out of a dollhouse kitchen?
