OH SHIT YOU GUYS IT'S A JACOB DOLL
Before you ask, HALE TO THE NO
(omg I have SO MANY New Moon/Eclipse Jacob issues, I can't even tell you)
ETA: More pictures. Are these real? Really? I'm calling shenanigans. The Edward and the Bella are obviously repainted, and the Jacob doesn't look like a factory paint job. Actually, you know what they look like? The style of Noel Cruz, who did, in fact, say he was going to be selling a repainted B&E soon. Someone (not the original repainter) is confused or misrepresenting what this is, I suspect. It might also explain why the doll's skin is way too light.
ETA: Aha! Solved.

Although, to be fair, he could be a full-blooded Quileute and still need a wig.

Yeah, about that - is Jacob's long flowing hair like an essential part of his character? I didn't read New Moon so I have to ask.
It's just that he'd be ten times more attractive if he had the hair that the actor normally sports.

If that wasn't hilarious enough, at one point Stephenie Meyer completely derails the plot of Breaking Dawn so she can pretty much copy and paste the vampire Googling section in--as if any reader cares at that point.

Although I always find it interesting that vampire books traditionally don't acknowledge the contradictory nature of vampire legends. It's interesting, and would explain all their cherry-picking. Instead, they either spout some stereotypical movie stuff and are corrected by a vampire/vampire expert or, if they do research, magically find the one book that explains vampires exactly as they appear in the fictional universe that the character inhabits.

So... that's why I can't really point fingers at the actor for maybe/maybe not having an ancestor... because he looks more native then my cousin does who I know is a decent amount of native american. lol
