One poster said that all Steven King movies she's seen are terrible and Twilight was much better. ....did you forget the Oscar winning one? Probably.
And of course my personal favorie:
Oh....and since when do Young Adult novelists have extensive vocabularies? Come on. King-style writing for Young Adults? No one under the age of, say, 17 would understand that shit. I mean really.
.....so aside from just listing all the crap me and friends have read and what they typically assign in school, here's a list of recommended reading with the requisite vocabulary comprehension of high school and junior high students:
