I haven't seen the new version yet, I keep meaning to--so many icons of it floating around. : )
You should. It's a really great adaptation. It's less formal (i.e. the sexiness is upped) than other adaptations, but it's still very true to the characters. And Toby Stephens is an absolutely top-notch Rochester.
