On the one had, I'm glad I don't live in a world where wedging myself into a dress four inches smaller than my natural waist size is required in order for me to be a decent woman...on the other hand, pretty! Plus, the team of maidservants required to put that sort of getup on me would be a total bonus; they could hold my oxygen mask, smelling salts, and dance card.
