I actually wait until lunchtime (so I'll have had something to eat. Empty stomach + meds = unhappy tummy) because I often don't get up at the same hour every morning, and I want to be consistent about the time I take the meds. So if I'm never sure whether I'll be up at 6, 8 or 10 am, I figure that it'll be more consistent to take them between 12 and 1 pm.
