Hee, yeah. True story: my sister hit Vosges when she went to NY last month--she's a huge fan--and got some kind of sampler or other. But she didn't eat them immediately. So a couple of weeks later, she picks up--I forget what it was, something with sweet potato in it, maybe?--bites in, and the filling is covered by a thin layer of MOLD. Which is a totally unfair story to tell, I guess, because the fault was all hers--she didn't refrigerate the chocolates or eat them in a timely fashion, and they tell you, you know, that the ingredients are fresh and won't keep. I shudder to think what would happen if someone didn't eat their bacon bar responsibly.
