I had mini cavities =( Kept them small for like 6 years but they finally had to fill one last week, and now I have to go back because the filling is too big; my teeth don't meet on one side because the filling is in the way on the other. Sucks!
Good luck to your sister. All wisdom teeth come in sideways at first, if they have enough room they move and go straight up, otherwise they just stay sideways and try to move forward and hurt like hell. It wasn't too painful, I had all four removed at once and they were all impacted. Tell her to take the vicodin and LOTS OF ICE! My brother didn't ice and he was in major pain, but I did and I didn't even get swollen chipmunk cheeks or bruising.
