Fifteen to 18 inches of snow had fallen around Winona, Minn., and La Crosse, Wis., by Saturday evening, according to the weather service.
Yup, thats where I am. And its still snowing. I get to walk to school tomorrow because my car is snowed in, plus there's an inch of ice under the tires.
