Ah, the virtual communities thing....back when I was failing to get my Ph.D., oh so many years ago (six - forever in internet time!), I was very interested in the kinds of social interactions which were even then (as y'all surely know) developing online. But all the political scientists were all like, "Without physical presence, relationships are meaningless and your 'webby' thing is dumb." And I was all like, "lol dumb scientists, my BFFs are 4 realz!" So that didn't work out. But I totally could have done a Ph.D. in MySpace, *and* been all cutting-edge about it. Ah well.....

Yes, they stand behind large, full-length windows. The last time I walked through Amsterdam's Red-Light district, one of them pounded on her window at me. Semi-flattering sort of. They don't all stand behind windows, some hang out outside the front door.
