Just out of curiosity, how many people carry pregnancy tests on planes? 'Cause it doesn't normally occur to me to throw one of those in my carry-on.

There's some speculation that it's Dharma-related (the maker was Widmore Labs, and there was a Widmore Construction in another episode), so my guess would be the hatch.
