No problem. : ) I have no idea what's going on with the IKU thing; sometimes they load for me and sometimes they don't. As for the washing, the pet has to get in the bathtub herself. If they get dirty enough, they'll do it, but to "suggest" it to them, pick her up and set her down in front of the tub (the lower end, nearest you). To add shampoo, drag the shampoo and drop it on the tub, and you'll see it sitting in front of the tub. It'll then get used when the pet bathes. If you want to make sure no one else bathes but your pet (and uses up the shampoo), put the tub back in your inventory, then take it out and drop it "on" your pet, and a bubble with your pet's face on it will appear--that means it's only for your pet. Then you can drop the shampoo on it. You can clear that by putting the tub back in inventory, and it works on food the same way--drop a fortune cookie "on" your pet, and no one else will be able to eat it.
