About the 2001 article saying that the levees were in bad shape, and New Orleans was at stake; that was such common knowledge if you were familiar with New Orleans, yet in April of this year President Bush sent the money to Iraq. They talked about it on CNN last night, but unfortunately I don't have a link to an article about it.
