As someone who doesn't have a dime to spare (or two to rub together, take your pick), this is all beyond disheartening. I'm not anywhere close to the South, so I can't even lend a pair of helping hands. I am trying to buy my daughter's school clothes in auctions on ebay that are donating profits to Katrina. That's about all I can manage, at this point.
