She miiiight remember the dream, but it might just be one of those random bits and pieces of information that she thinks isn't important or something? I've never had amnesia (or maybe I don't remember having amnesia because I got amnesia and forgot? *brain implodes*) so I wouldn't really know if you can just remember completely random things like dreams...
