Okay. Now the Matrix one is finished.

(This is the scene I forgot, if you can believe it.)

I'm making myself a cup of that Rudolph's Creamy Cocoa before I even look at what I've got on Attack of the Clones.

Well, if you've gotta pick one to forget... ;)

I am just... SO EXCITED at the prospect of reading it, one day. ^_^!!

I'm enjoying the contrast of expressions on your icons tonight.

Must be time for a Galadriel mood theme.

I can believe you forgot it -- the one I remember is the helicopter.

Good luck on AOTC, darlin'. I can't wait for the book.

Lol, my favourite scene in the movie is when he wakes up from the matrix, and he flips out, trying to get all the tubes out of his body. Something about that just stuck with me. And then when he wakes up again "I can't go back, can I?" ooooooh

Was ENG before or after Lilo & Stitch? Because Lilo & Stitch was awesome, too, so if ENG came out before it, I must call shenanigans. :D

Well, I've always thought that scene was overrated ... :p

But hey, like some of the other people have said - at least you thought of it now, instead of in two weeks, or (worse till) when hte book hits the shelves!

I just finished one that is all chinchillas. I think I am in love with it.

...And I had a feeling that was the scene when you said you forgot an important one ;)

I'm not sure where you are, but where is your book being published? Are you still going to put some of the m15ms online? (I hope!)

We know for a fact it'll be published in Britain. That's Orion's bag, and they have worldwide rights. We haven't sold the US rights yet--I think my agent was waiting on me to finish some of the book to pass it around. I should ask my publisher for some specifics, but... I would kind of like to have the book finished, since it's already late, before I go asking about stuff like that. ; )

Bullet: Damn ::hits Neo's leg::
Neo: FNARRR ::falls down::
Bullet: HA! Score
Of course, I'm just an imposter, wishing I could be as funny. Can't wait for the book, will HAVE to order it by mail from Amazon.uk

Yes-but I still want to grab his butt... Oh wait-did I say that out loud? SO totally a Star Wars geek here, but you can tell when George Lucas put his two cents in on the dialogue because it DOESN'T fit right... like the fact that Anakin and the other Jedis often avoid contractions and use more formal speech patterns (I'd, I've) and then suddenly Anakin's all bitchy stupid sounding. Or lines about "I hate sand. It's course, and it get's everywhere" ARGH!

Is it too stalker-ish / crazed fan to offer to buy some books when it comes out in UK, post to your PO box, so that you can sign and send them to peeps in the USA? Could do it for charity if you like.

Date: 2005-01-07 04:20 pm (UTC)
From: [identity profile] cleolinda.livejournal.com
Stalkerish? I've had at least two dozen people ask if they could send it to me and get it signed, so I'm already going to have to ask my publisher if there's an easier way to do it. I think there is--a sci-fi writer I met was selling signed copies on demand through Amazon, and I've ordered stuff off Amazon.co.uk here in the US no problem, so there may be a way to do it that doesn't involve redundant shipping charges. But thanks for offering. : )
