I think it's both, at different times. But there is definitely a point where she's enthralled and Raoul is like "Christine, this thing is not your father!!" but that was when he was singing from her father's tomb, I think...
But before that, for the first half she definitely thinks he's the Angel of Music that her father promised to send her from heaven.
