Yeah. I actually have a whole pre-recorded speech regarding profanity vs. obscenity and the real reason why words we currently regard as obscene were originally phased out of polite conversation. It involves Anglo-Saxons and Oliver Cromwell and is of absolutely no interest to anyone who is not an English major.
