Hrrrmm.....speaking hypothetically, if C1.2 is also a bit fussy, do you have a backup? Have you looked at ASUS' Web site to see if this is a frequent problem? Or even googled them? I'm sure you're not the only one, considering the BB people exchanged it pretty quickly.

Computer problems suck. Definitely. Spyware got on my fianceé's mother's computer and it was in the shop a good month, getting it wiped, saving some files, trashing others, getting the malware off, blah blah blah. And it's still friggin' slow to this day. And now loud. Dunno what's up with that.
