Well it's in the Garden District and if it's anywhere near a parade route which I'm pretty sure it is..it won't be on the market long. People need places to pee on Mardi Gras Day. I always love how homes here will have that as part of their listing if their near a major route.

If I had the money I would totally buy it but I'll admit not because of the movie but for the neighborhood it's in...I love that area of the city.
