Well, depression - primarily unipolar but it also talks about bipolar a little. I forget the name of the guy who wrote it, but he's an novelist who developed major depressive disorder in his thirties, right after his mom died. He talks about depression from a lot of angles, from his personal experience to how people in Iceland deal with it; it's pretty interesting.
