I can't say I'm upset over the shunning of The Dark Knight score for Oscar consideration. Most of what I heard were reused themes from the first one, and I'm sorry, but holding an atonal note for all eternity is not a theme. That's just lazy.

I love the film as much as anyone else, but both the Burton ones and even the Schumacher ones beat it in the musical score department.
