You rule in ways i didn't think possible! I have spent most of my work day reading this!
I haven't read this series, in fact i'd never heard of it until people started freaking out about the movie and all i heard was how wonderful it was and that everyone was obsessed and that was all it took to ensure i never read it! Then i saw a lone dissenter on LJ Comm 1bruce1 a few weeks ago. Then, completely unrelated my sister started reading twilight and called me to tell me how BLOODY AWFUL it was and how poor the writing was. She leant it to me and i read the first chapter and it was SERIOUSLY BAD. Then today i found someone bitching it out on lj comm housematehorror and then by accident i stumbled across this.
This is so made of awesome and win i can't even begin to describe it! I mean A) it's great cos i know what happens without having to read it B) you're a hilarious and clever writer.
So much win you should be arrested.
