Yes, I agree, yet that raises a whole other area of my hatred for Meyer, her books, and her style. There's so many places she could have had potential for something. So many things could have had even the tiniest of changes, but nay, she stuck to her narrow-mindedness. In the end Jacob just serves as another way to show how much Edward and Bella= Twu Luv because of the challenge that Jacob put forward. So now I'm tempted to go under my house through that tiny opening on the side, look for a particularly large spider, and send it to her for causing me to lose a great percentage of my faith in humanity.
