Yes yes yes to the annotated stuff. Especially annotated online stuff. I'd imagine that would be the least in overhead costs to you, and less of an effort as you'd only have to do one m15m as opposed to the entire book's worth, and I'd totally pay for handwritten asides written on one of the original m15m stuff. Nice.
