Hey, you know what I hate? Having a really good day and finishing something you worked really hard on and kind of wanting to spend the next day feeling good about it... and then having a fight with someone that ends with you crying at your desk. I fucking hate that.

That sucks. I'm sorry it happened. A bad fight is already not fun by definition, but when it happens at a moment where it kills the pleasure you had about something else entirely, that's even worse.

I hope whatever happens will be resolved soon, and you can go back to feeling good about what your work. (which, by the way, you totally deserve to do, in my humble opinion)

Still ... that doesn't take away from the fact that you DID have "a really good day" and DID finish "something you worked really hard on."

I can't remember the last good day I had or the last time I finished anything more significant than washing my laundry.

My point is not to whine here. I do enough of that in my own lj. My point is to remind you that you DID WELL, even if right now you feel bad.

I would hate that, too. If there's anything I can do to help, let me know. Funny cat pictures, icons, whatever. :) I hope something cheers you up again.
