Polycystic ovarian syndrome. Relatively common, and I don't have any cysts (that I know of). It can just be a major pain in the ass hormone-wise and cycle-wise, and for some reason, it's always really bad this time of year for me. Maybe starting school each year (i.e., stress) exacerbates it, or something.
