Okay, here's the problem: I went to that URL and couldn't find that quote. That's their main URL, which they are stupidly recycling over and over again, and a different article is there now, it seems. That's why I keep reposting the articles on the journal. That's an interesting quote, though, so I'm going to see if I can find it at a different link.
