I did. I'm in Ontario here. I waited until the signals flipped to actually ABC instead of the pseudo ABC. Lots of quick scene flashes and rain and general chaos. Our previews are so much better (when they decide to give us some, who cares about the bloody OC?!). Also, why doesn't LOST have it's own little CTV logo thing like all the other shows? I wanna see, like, Sawyer come up and steal the C and run away or something. ;-)
I'm in Toronto and our ABC feed is the CTV feed, so I didn't get it. I *think* there's a straight US feed, but I don't know what channel it is and I probably don't get it.
And yes!! I've been wondering about the CTV promo thing, too.
I'm in New Brunswick, and I get the same thing as you. The CTV show ends, and then the station flips to ABC, the last minute of the episode airs again, and then I see the American preview. It's fun when there's a Canadian preview, too, and you can compare those both right away.
I sat through previews for the OC, and CSI, and ER and about 8 other acronyms, but not a hint of Lost. (I'm in Calgary, BTW...) Then American Idol came on, and I had to flee. Bleah.
