I went to lost-media.com and looked for an actual picture of one of the dropped pieces of tape, but... if it's there, I didn't see it. So instead, I bring you this:

The band that Charlie played bass in. I don't know much about performing, but he had tape wrapped around his fingers--I guess guitarists do that?--and on the island he'd write one letter on each finger, and then a few days later add a new layer and change it. The word tonight was "LATE."

Actually, it's a bit odd for Charlie the bass player to do it. Usually, you only see drummers tape their fingers due to blistering.

So THAT'S why I kept wanting to call it "drummer tape"! I wondered why he was doing that.
