It's from a short interview conducted around the time the Two Towers came out in theatres, featuring Dom and Billy shooting pool in a Wellington bar and talking about their experiences on the movie. The thing Dom's holding is a piece of duct tape, which had been stuck on Billy's skin to keep his chest hair from futzing with the microphone, and which Dom was given the privilege of ripping off at the end of the interview. If you look closely at the icon you can see the hairs still on the tape...
